She’s back

Today is a rest day from running so I made a decision to bust out a DVD – Jillian’s 30 Day Shred. Yep, she’s back! I did levels 1 & 2. I forgot how hard it was! I think I am going to do the 30 day challenge a try and do it 3 times a week for the next 30 days. I need some exercise that doesn’t require me to leave the warmth of my apartment or condo ?

I am not going into work today so I had plenty of time to make a terrific breakfast. But, all I wanted was cereal. I tried to convince myself to make oat bran – I even have a incredibly ripe banana for it! But, nope. I wanted cereal. Intuitive eating wins, I ate cereal with pb and banana.
